- Federal Urine Drug screens must walk in before 1:00pm
- Non-Federal Urine Drug screens must walk in before 3:00pm
- Physicals must call ahead for an appointment.

Appointments
Appointments are required for exams. All other services are available as walk-in visits.
Drug Screen Collections
Urine cutoff times are Monday through Friday at 1:00pm for DOT and 3:00pm for non-DOT.
